Bathing Rituals

One of The Well Therapists will carry out a relaxing foot massage before preparing a seaweed bath for your relaxation and skin rejuvenation, your Therapist will retreat from your room whilst you relax. To gain the full benefits of the active ingredients of the organic seaweed we recommend you stay in the bath for 20 minutes.

Our Health and Fitness Instructor is looking forward to arranging some activities during your stay to help improve your general fitness and feeling of well being including:
